    Any claim relating to 3PHASE Lingua Group's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Palma de Mallorca without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

    Privacy Policy

    Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

    • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
    • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
    • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
    • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
    • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
    • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

    We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. 

    Payment of language courses

    Clients will receive an invoice directly after the course confirmation. A deposit of 50 % must be paid within 7 days of the invoice and the final balance will be due no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the beginning of the course. 100 % of the invoice must be paid before the course starts. The course details are explained on the invoice; later no changes can be made. 3PHASE Lingua Group accepts all common credit cards (Visa / Mastercard). Travellers checks are not accepted.

    Customers which reside in Majorca must pay the total price of the course BEFORE the beginning of the course or alternatively, DIRECTLY AFTER the first lesson.

    Cancellation of language courses or early cessation

    - Cancellation up to 30 days before the course starts  - Must pay 20% of the course and accommodation costs* 500 €

    - Cancellation 29 - 15 days before the course – Must pay 20 % of the course and accommodation costs*

    - Cancellation 14 - 8 days before the course – Must pay 40 % of the course and accommodation costs *

    - Cancellation 7 - 1 days before the course starts, - Must pay 80 % of the course and accommodation costs*

    - Cancellation on the day of the course – Must pay 100 % of the course and accommodation costs*

    *3PHASE Lingua Group will not refund any registration fees (course and accommodation) nor the application fee. Course schedule reductions are considered cancellations.

    Apartments/residences/hotel rooms etc. are subject to the cancellation provisions of the service provider on site. Some accommodation cancellations can cost up to 100 %.

    Cancellations for medical or family reasons (medical certificate required) can be covered by cancellation cost insurance or by a letter of protection.

    A training block (15 lessons of 45 minutes per hour of tuition) must be completed by the customer within 3 months (90 days). For postponement, adjournment or delay by the customer, which leads to exceeding the period of 90 days during a training block, no liability is accepted by 3PHASE Lingua Group. Furthermore, there will be no refunding of already paid tuition fees. Moreover, it is not possible to catch up on missing lessons at a later date, which lies outside the 90-day period.

    Refunds and compensations  

    3PHASE Lingua Group is not liable for any language courses which have been prematurely terminated and previously paid. In the case of cancellations made by local customers and residents of Mallorca, 3PHASE Lingua Group will NOT consider possible refunds for any prepaid courses.

    Cancellations of individual lessons or private tutoring must be announced by the customer to 3PHASE Lingua Group with more than 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Course units that are canceled by the customer within 24 hours or cannot be attended due to personal reasons, are fully charged and cannot be accumulated to be held on a different date and cannot be postponed in any way either.

    There will be NO refund of 3PHASE Lingua Group to customers that terminate a course early due to a lack of time or personal reasons.

    Any complaints must be sent to the mailing address of 3PHASE Lingua Group in written form and by registered mail. 

    Force majeure, strike and lockout 

    If the failure to meet language course deadlines is due to force majeure, e.g. mobilization, war, riot, or similar events beyond the control of the service provider, e.g. strike or lockout, 3PHASE Lingua Group excludes any liability for damages, refunds and compensation in full.

    Language courses already paid for cannot be refunded. However, the amount paid on account may be credited as a deposit for a future language course to be completed.

    Applicable law and jurisdiction 

    Exclusively Spanish law is applicable. The jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca, Spain.


    Data protection

     
    The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on freiwilliger basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

    Cookies

    The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.     Newsletter data

    If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter , Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. The granted consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.
