3PHASE Lingua Group moderates WTA Mallorca Open Tennis tournament

For sports enthusiasts and fans of good tennis there is currently taking place a special event in Majorca: The 'Mallorca Open' will be from June 13 to June 19 in Santa Ponsa and some of the most successful female tennis players are expected. The Spaniard Garbiñe Muguruza, the current world No. 2 ranking and French Open champion, is the absolute star of the tournament. You will encounter the Serb Ana Ivanovic (World No. 24), Jelena Jankuvic (No. 25) and the two German tennis players Laura Siegemund (number 41) and Sabine Lisicki.

The first WTA tennis tournament in Mallorca is hosted at the newly built tennis club in Santa Ponsa. The site was opened on May 17th with a ceremony in which Ana Ivanovic and former Majorcan professional player Carlos Moyà as well as Toni Nadal, uncle and coach of tennis star Rafael Nadal, were present. On the evening of June 19, the final will take place on the center court, where a total of 3,500 spectators will watch the game live in the stadium.
