Soon, it's time again: The 13th season of the famous talent show "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" is entering a new edition - and once again 3PHASE Lingua Group had the pleasure to teach the German language to a young star. The candidate named Angel Flukes is from the southern English town of Plymouth and has been singing to date on stages in Majorca and England. Now she will be giving her best at the German X Factor show and the four-member jury: Scooter frontman HP Baxxter, pop singer Michelle, the young vocalist Vanessa Mai and pop titan Dieter Bohlen.
Angel Flukes was immediately elected into the Recall after the first audition and hence among the top 32 participants. This year the venue of the recalls will be the Caribbean island of Jamaica. From there the ten finalists will enter the live shows back in Germany. The last round of participants and the winner will be determined by the TV audience during the so-called motto shows via televoting. The participants with the fewest votes will be eliminated until the very last one. The outcome of the vote will be announced in a subsequent broadcast on the same evening. The winner will receive a recording contract and an additional 500,000 euros. All stages of the competition, as well as the lives of the participants themselves will be discussed in weekly broadcasts and in other RTL magazines.
The new motto of the talent competition will be "No Limits". From now on the new superstar doesn't need not be a pop singer anymore. The auditions this season are open for all kinds of music: rock, pop or even rap. Even opera singers are allowed to compete. According to the head of the jury Dieter Bohlen the new motto will be "a complete success": "We have opera and pop singers, folk music, rappers, etc. I think it will be a lot of fun." Whether this prediction will come true or not - it will turn out as of 2 January 2016 when the new season of "DSDS" launches at RTL.
In 2003 and in 2008 "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" was given the German Television Award as the "best entertainment show". Three years later, the show was awarded again: this time especially for the stage setting and the studio design.
3PHASE Lingua Group is very glad to having been able to help a new, prominent customer to improve her German language skills for the competition and we hope we´re able to make her dream come true to win the show. We wish her all the best!
